The Abilities Foundation raises, invests and distributes funds to meet the employment, independent living and housing needs of persons with disabilities served by Abilities of Florida.

Our mission is to ensure that people with disabilities have the opportunity to participate with dignity in everything that community life has to offer.

Our vision is to support the needs of people with disabilities through gainful employment, independent living, affordable housing, higher education, recreational/cultural resources, health and accessible marketplaces.

Established in 1983 and governed by all-volunteer board of trustees, the Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that raises funds through special events, annual appeals, grant writing and planned giving.
